Information, not advice
The articles, explainers, glossary entries, tools and other material on this site are general information about financial crime compliance, fraud, digital change and AI governance. They are not legal, regulatory, accounting or other professional advice, and they do not create a client relationship between you and Kompass. Laws and regulatory expectations differ between jurisdictions and change over time. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice on your own circumstances.
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, and we show the date on which each article was published or last checked, but we do not guarantee that any content is complete, current or error-free.
Free tools
The Bearing, the cost calculators, the AI Register, the Remediation Tracker, the Almanac, the risk and control library and the starter kits are provided free of charge, as they stand, for your general information. Their results depend on the information you enter and on assumptions that may not fit your institution. They are indicative only and are not an assessment, audit, validation or certification of anything.

Kompass is a DOLFIN® partner of the Institute for Financial Integrity and receives a share of revenue from clients it introduces. DOLFIN itself is provided by the Institute under its own terms, which will be given to you before you subscribe. Links from this site to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
